RESOLVED, 09:00 - EdgeIT have performed their maintenance, and we've confirmed with staff that the Cremation Certificates now work as normal.

Update 2, 14:20 - EdgeIT have identified a solution to this issue. They plan to push out a fix to the system this evening. If anyone is experiencing issues that need fixing today, please ring EdgeIT on 024 7666 7337 and they can help get you going.

Good morning everyone,

There is currently an issue with our Epitaph service. Staff may notice that when trying to print Cremation Certificates, #ERROR appears in place of some information, similar to the below.

We have made our support vendor, EdgeIT, aware, and are working with them to resolve this issue. We will provide an update as soon as we have one, by 12:00 at the latest.
