RESOLVED, 16:00: Epitaph service has been restored by the vendor. All staff should now be able to use Epitaph as normal. If you're having issues, please close your session and open a new one, if issues persist, please let us know.
UPDATE 3, 14:00: Epitaph issues are continuing. EdgeIT are continuing to investigate. We will provider further updates as we learn more.
UPDATE 2, 13:15: The issues with Epitaph have returned, EdgeIT have been made aware and are investigating. We will provide a further update by 14:00.
RESOLVED 12:00: EdgeIT have rebooted their faulty server, and the full Epitaph service has been restored. To prevent future issues, they plan to replace the faulty server within the next 2 weeks.
UPDATE 1, 10:55: EdgeIT have identified issues with their SQL applications, they ask that all Epitaph users close their sessions for now, until the issue is resolved.

There is currently an issue with our Epitaph service. Staff may notice that Epitaph is running slowly or crashing.
We have made our support vendor, EdgeIT, aware, and are working with them to resolve this issue. We will provide an update as soon as we have one, by 11:00 at the latest.
