RESOLVED, 14:27: EdgeIT have confirmed that Epitaph is now working as expected, and we have confirmed with staff.
UPDATE, 12:14: EdgeIT have informed us they plan a full reboot of their servers at ~12:30. They hope that after this they can restore Epitaph access.
UPDATE, 11:44: EdgeIT have confirmed the issues have returned, they are aware and are working to resolve the issue fully. We will provide further updates when we have them.
UPDATE, 11:10: Epitaph has now been fixed, if staff close any open instances then reopen it, it should now work as-expected.
There is currently an ongoing issue with our Epitaph service. Staff members may find they are unable to open Epitaph remote desktops, with the remote process hanging on "Configuring remote session", as below.
We are aware of the issue and are liaising with our vendor, EdgeIT, to find a resolution. At the moment there is no known workaround for this issue.
