In March the team dealt with 568 tickets, and achieved a 92% SLA.
Our backlog stands at 104 open tickets we are working to fulfil.
What we've done in March:
Staffing: We have begun hiring for a new IT Support Analyst, to be based out of our Cannock office. We're also hiring for an IT Developer to assist in making new applications to improve the ways we at Westerleigh Group and Distinct Cremations work.
Networking Works: Our new New Forest site has had its IT kit installed and tested, bringing them one step closer to site opening.
IT Site Audits: Our audits of the state of the network infrastructure at each site have continued. IT staff have been visiting sites to perform the audit and note any improvement work requirements, such as improvements to Wi-Fi, the network, and power availability for IT equipment and phones. In March we audited Langstone Vale, Sirhowy, Llanelli, Aberystwyth, Waseley Hills, West Berkshire, New Southgate, Basildon, Forest Park, Parndon Wood, and Woollensbrook.
Coming up:
Updated Printing: Staff at Parndon Wood and West Suffolk will be having their print method updated from UniFlow online to direct printing.
IT Site Audits: More sites will be audited to update their IT equipment.
