From now on, you'll see the "Classic" view as a default when you visit itsupport.westerleighgroup.co.uk. This means you'll have a more visual interface, with intuitive buttons to guide you through what you need, rather than interacting just through the chatbot.
The chatbot is still available, and very useful! This can be access by clicking the blue bot icon at the bottom right of the window.
